If you suspect that your Card has been compromised, freeze the Card immediately to prevent further unauthorised transactions. 

Alternatively, you can activate the Kill Switch immediately to temporarily restrict your Card Account.

Log in to the FSMOne app → iFAST Pay → Settings → Security & Privacy → Kill Switch.

If any suspicious or unauthorised transactions have been made, raise a dispute for the transaction for further investigation.
