Why do I need to make a payment for account opening?

Account Opening in FSMOne is completely Free of Charge.

However, there will be a RM1 verification process to verify your account opening. The payment will be deducted from your own bank account and will be refunded to your FSMOne cash account once the account is activated.

Please be reminded to make the payment from your own bank account. Any third-party payments will be rejected and may result in delays in processing your account opening.
