Your account will only be activated if your registered information is match with the NRIC copy and your supporting document.
For example, your registered name and address must match the details on your NRIC and your registered mailing address must match the address on your supporting document.
If there is a mismatch between your information and the supporting documents you provided, you will receive a follow-up email with further instructions. You can log in to your registered email address to follow up on the account opening.
