How can I retrieve my login credentials?

You may retrieve your login ID and reset a new password by following the steps below:

Forgot User ID
1. At our website, please click on the “Forgot User ID?” at the login page.

2. Thereafter, a box will prompt up to request for your NRIC and registered email address. Please enter your NRIC and email address and submit.

3. If you have entered the correct details, an email with login ID will be sent to you.

Forgot Password
Upon received the login ID, you may continue to reset password by clicking on "Forget Password?" at the login page. On the next page, please enter your login ID and email address.

If you submit the information correctly, our system will capture your password request and send the “SMS” to your registered mobile. Upon receiving the temporary password, please login into your investment account within 5 minutes. Password entered after 5 minutes will be expired.
