What is dormant account?

As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding clients' investment accounts on FSMOne, investment accounts will be classified as dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for more than 36 months. 

There are 2 types of dormant accounts available on our platform i.e. Dormant CDS Account and Dormant FSMOne Account.
