FSMOne is a division of iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd with a Capital Market Services (CMS) license from the Securities Commission which provide a trading platform to offer unit trusts and investment advisory services. It is also registered with the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) as an Institutional Unit Trust Advisers (IUTA).

On top of these, iFAST has the custodian license to perform custodian role to hold and protect customers’ assets and facilitate the transactions. Nominee system is whereby the units purchased by the clients are to be registered under Nominee account. Currently, most of the bank and distributor are using nominee system to safe guard their clients holdings.

Currently FSMOne has appointed iFAST Nominees Sdn Bhd to perform the role of custodian. Therefore for cash investments, all units will be registered under iFAST Nominees Sdn Bhd instead of your name while EPF and PRS investment will be registered under your name with the respective fund house. The main reason of taking the above action is to segregate the clients’ assets from the company’s assets in order to safeguard the clients’ assets.

For cash investments, all units will be registered under iFAST Nominees Sdn. Bhd. For EPF Account 1 investment, they will be registered in your names. All units are segregated from the company’s assets.

In the unlikely event that FSMOne ceases as a business concern, with your permission, all your assets registered under iFAST Nominees Sdn Bhd will be transferred to another Institutional Unit Trust Advisers (IUTA) or they will be returned to you.

Yes, you can still exercise your voting rights. FSMOne will deliver to you documents, notices and/or proxy forms relating to a unit holder’s meeting, if any, as soon as reasonably possible after we receive notification from the relevant fund manager. You are required to respond within the stipulated timelines. Upon receival of all relevant proxy forms, we will compile and submit to the relevant fund manager based on a simple majority rule.

All transactions on FSMOne are processed with strict security using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, the security standard used by the world's top financial institutions. It is verified by Verisign, the leading authority on Internet security. Upon login, a padlock icon will be shown in the status bar (the area where your web address is) and you can always check on FSMOne’s name in the server digital certificate.

Alternatively, you can view your monthly statements, income distribution and unit split statements in your investment account via Personal Tab >> Statement.

You may submit a complaint to us through walk-in, phone call, email, or live chat.

Our team will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and initiate an investigation. The investigation time line will be depending on the complication of the issue. In general, client’s complaints should be resolved and closed within 2 weeks or whichever earlier.

Upon completion of the investigation, we will contact you to provide a detailed explanations.

Should you accepts the explanation, the case will be considered resolved.

However, if you remains dissatisfied with the explanation, you may escalate the matter by filing a report with the Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (FMOS).
