You can utilize the monies in your EPF account 1 to invest into EPF approved funds on our platform.

To check your available amount in EPF account 1, you will need to check via Employees Provident Fund website.

You may purchase unlimited funds however limited to one fund manager at a time only.

You can invest EPF fund at any time so long you have sufficient amount in your EPF account 1. Your eligible investment amount for EPF account 1 will refresh every 3 months.

Voiding a pending EPF investment order is not counted as a successful withdrawal.

a) Login to your investment account to update your EPF account number at Personal Menu >> Account Update;

b) Select your preferred EPF approved fund by clicking on the Funds >> Transactions >> Buy;

c) Complete your buy order and proceed to checkout.

d) Lastly, click on Funds >> Tools & Form >>EPF Forms to request us deliver a set of EPF forms to your registered mailing address.;

e) Upon receiving of the forms, kindly fill up the forms and return the original documents with a copy of your NRIC (Front & Back) to the below address:

No, you are not allowed to request the forms from EPF board as the forms are different for each fund house. Each EPF 9N form is printed with fund house name and a generic bar code. Thus, EPF Board forms are not usable.

The respective fund houses will request payment from EPF Board.

Effective from 1 May 2020, for a duration of one year, EPF has imposed a maximum sales charge of 1.5% on subscription via EPF form submission (ePPA). As such, your EPF sales charge will be stamped with 1.5% sales charge.

Nevertheless, you may place EPF order via EPF website without need to submit EPF forms and enjoy a 0% sales charge.

For orders and subscription documents received on a business day before 3.00 p.m., orders will be transacted on the same business day.

For orders and subscription documents received after 3.00 p.m. or on a non-business day, orders will only be transacted on the next business day.

Transaction date for subscriptions will only be informed by the fund manager upon successful EPF Account 1 withdrawal for the following funds:

• AmBon Islam;
• TA Income Fund; and
• Pheim Unit Trust Berhad.
• RHB Asset Management.

Please noted that EPF orders are irrevocable.

Generally, fund house would require T+3 business days to process and complete the transaction.

Once the transaction cycle is completed, your units will appear in your holdings.

Before reaching age 55 years old, you can place redemption order in FSMOne without the need to submit any fund house redemption form (except for TA Investments funds).

Efective from 17 July 2020, upon attaining the age of 55 years old, we will auto convert your EPF holdings from EPF plan to Cash plan. This process will take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. Thereafter, you may redeem the fund in our platform and you may choose to receive the redemption proceeds in your bank account.

For orders and redemption documents submitted before 3.00 p.m. on a business day, orders will be transacted on the same business day.

For orders and redemption documents submitted after 3.00 p.m. or on a non-business day, orders will only be transacted on the next business day.

No. The redemption proceeds will be credited back to your EPF Account 1 as long as you are below 55 years old.
