Please note that we only accept full payments, no partial payment is allowed under any circumstances and credit card payment is not available in our platform.

FSMOne does not accept any form of cash deposits or payment from third party accounts (e.g. an account with another person’s name, regardless of relationship) due to the associated risks of money-laundering.

The cut off time will be at 3.00 p.m. For early cut off time fund, you may find the cut off time in Fund factsheet under Overview >> Investment Objective.

Any buy order received after cut off time and non-transaction date (i.e. weekend, public holiday and fund holiday) will process on the next business day.

For cash investments, you will receive a total of 3 emails:

•1st email: when we received your purchase order;

•2nd email: when we received your payment;

•3rd email: when your units have been priced.

The relevant units purchased will be added to Personal Menu >> Holdings table on T+3 business days once the purchase order is transacted.

For EPF Account 1 investments, you will receive a total of 4 emails:

•1st email: when we received your purchase order;

•2nd email: when we received your full set of subscription documents;

•3rd email: when your units have been priced;

•4th email: when purchase order is completed.

The prices displayed for unit trust funds are indicative prices, which is usually dated two working days ago. As the name goes, indicative price is NOT the actual transaction price of the fund that you are buying.

Most of the funds on FSMOne are priced based on Forward Pricing method. If we receive your payment before the cutoff time on a business day, your units will be priced as of the closing price of the market on that day itself. For payments received after the cutoff time or on a non-business day, your units will be priced based on the next business day.

Given that the fund management companies require time to consolidate, calculate and verify unit prices with independent trustees, you will only know the exact unit price two working days later. You will receive an email from us once your units have been priced.

Generally, the cash buy order will complete in T+3 business day from your transaction day (T date).

The transaction cycle for EPF Account 1 usually takes longer time to process compared to that of cash investments. While we may have received and submitted your documents, the orders will remain in processing status until the confirmation of successful EPF Account 1 withdrawal.

Once a transaction cycle is completed, your units will appear under your holdings.

You can view your account statements, by login to your account and click on Personal Menu >> Statement.

Meanwhile, a monthly account e-statement in PDF format will be sent to you via email every month.
