"Cash Account" is an online cash management service offered by FSMOne which facilitates the online transactions for all investment products.

Currently, we offer 8 different currency Cash Accounts - MYR, AUD, HKD, CNY, EUR, GBP, SGD and USD in our platform. As long as you have an investment account with FSMOne, this account will automatically be enabled for you.

1. Cut down on transaction time when you buy and sell mutual funds via the Cash Account;

2. No minimum balance is required and there is no lock-in period;

3. No monthly charges;

4. View your balance online anytime;

5. Deposit and withdraw money anytime; and

6. Earn higher interest rates

FSMOne consolidates the monies deposited by all investors in the cash account and deposits it with a licensed bank in Malaysia. As long as there are sufficient funds in your Cash Account, the funds can be used to pay for all of your investment product purchases immediately.

You can also earn interest on monies deposited in your Cash Account, be it the proceeds from the sale of your investment holdings, or monies that you leave in your Cash Account before you make your next purchase.

The interest will be calculated daily and paid monthly into Cash Account.

The minimum deposit amount is 100.00 for each cash account currency.

FX conversion allows you to perform real time conversion from any MYR currency to the preferred currency.

Currently we have 7 different currencies i.e. AUD, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD and USD for conversion. You may perform the conversion to the respective currency to make payment for your investment in our platform.

You may login into your investment account and click on Cash Solution >> Quick Action >> FX Conversion.

The conversion will perform in real time, the converted amount will reflect immediately in the respective currency cash account and you may use to pay for your investment.

Yes, you can transfer your cash account monies in between your FSMOne account. You may perform the transfer by clicking Cash Solution >> Quick Action >> Transfer.

The transfer process is immediately performed by our system and the amount will be reflected in the selected investment account.

Yes, you can withdraw monies at any time without need to maintain a minimum amount by click on Cash Solution >> Withdrawal.

For MYR cash account, the minimum withdrawal amount is 100 or you will need to fully redeem the balance in the cash account.

For foreign currency cash account, the minimum withdrawal amount is 100 while HKD and CNY the minimum withdrawal are 500. For any balance in the respective currency, you will need to convert into MYR and cash out into your bank account. This is due to foreign currency cash account withdrawal will incur Telegraphic transfer (TT) fees and all the TT fees are borne by investor.

Withdrawing the entire sum does not lead to the closure of the Cash Account. You will still be able to transact via the Cash Account when you deposit money again.

Effective 26 September 2024, we will conduct a one-time bank account verification for first-time MYR withdrawals to ensure payments are credited to the correct individuals. Withdrawals made before 4pm on a business days will be credited on the same day to you. For withdrawals made after 4pm, you will receive the payment on the next business day.

Please note that we will require T+1 business days to record verification results. Once updated, any subsequent withdrawals you make will be processed instantly. However, if you change to a new bank account, the verification process will need to be repeated.

For foreign currency withdrawal, the order will be processed on the same day if the order placed by 3pm. Any withdrawal request after 3pm will process on the next business day.

Thereafter, the payment will be received in your bank account approximately 3 - 5 business day from the transaction date (T). Kindly note that there will be Telegraphic Transfer (TT) fees incur for foreign currency withdrawal and we will deduct from your withdrawal proceeds before we credit the monies to you.

Yes, you will still be entitled for the interest as the interest is accumulated daily. We will credit the interest into the MYR Cash Account at the end of each month.
