Effective 26 September 2024, we will conduct a one-time bank account verification for first-time MYR withdrawals to ensure payments are credited to the correct individuals. Withdrawals made before 4pm on a business days will be credited on the same day to you. For withdrawals made after 4pm, you will receive the payment on the next business day.

Please note that we will require T+1 business days to record verification results. Once updated, any subsequent withdrawals you make will be processed instantly. However, if you change to a new bank account, the verification process will need to be repeated.

For foreign currency withdrawal, the order will be processed on the same day if the order placed by 3pm. Any withdrawal request after 3pm will process on the next business day.

Thereafter, the payment will be received in your bank account approximately 3 - 5 business day from the transaction date (T). Kindly note that there will be Telegraphic Transfer (TT) fees incur for foreign currency withdrawal and we will deduct from your withdrawal proceeds before we credit the monies to you.
