You are required to open for Individual CDS account for IPO subscriptions. The account opening will be prompted after clicking the subscribe button in the IPO Center. 

Generally, the account applications received by 12:00 PM on a business day will be activated on the same day, while applications received after 12:00 PM will be activated on the next business day. 

Notes: 

• The Individual CDS account is used only for IPO subscriptions
• You are required to opt in for a Nominee CDS account before proceeding with the opening of an Individual CDS account.
• For Stocks/ETFs trading on FSMOne, transactions are carried out through a Nominee CDS account.
