We will only issue an e-Invoice if the transaction incurs a sales charge, processing fee, or other fees. You may cross-check your transaction to verify if any charges have been incurred.
Meantime, you may cross check your e-Invoice opt in status details by logging to the website and click on Personal Tab >> Account Update >> refer to “Personal Information” column.
For mobile app, please logging and click on Menu >> Personal Information >> Personal Account Information.
