We will calculate based on the current holdings which include Unit Trusts (Cash/EPF), Private Retirement Scheme (PRS), Cash Management Fund (available balance), Managed Portfolios, Bonds, Stocks/ETFs and Cash Account in the investment account of an investor. These includes the holdings under beneficiary accounts (if any).

Investment holdings transferred from another distributor (e.g. banks) will be included in the calculation once the transfer process is complete. The value of purchase transactions with “processed” statuses are included in the calculation as well.

Discounts are given based on the total lump sum investment in a single purchase order. A single purchase order means that all your fund purchases have to be captured in a single purchase order.

Example:

An investor holds the Silver status and no investment holdings.

• If he or she places a buy order of MYR 150,000.00 at 9.00 a.m., followed by a subsequent buy order of MYR 100,000.00 at 12.00 p.m. in the same day. The sales charge for both purchase orders will be 1.5%. This is because neither order qualifies for 0.25% discount based on the individual investment amount;

• Instead of placing two different buy orders, he or she now places an order of MYR 250,000.00. The discount given to you will be 0.25% because the investment amount qualifies for Gold status.

The discounts are applicable to both lump sum investments and RSP investments.

No. There is no discount on INTRA switching fee or redemption fee.

No. The discount is only applicable to Normal Sales Charge. In the event of promotion, the sales charge is based on whichever lower.

Yes, the discount will apply when you perform Inter Switch and Contra Redemption transactions only.

For example: If you are an existing Gold status account holder and you switch buy into a fund with normal sales charges (1.5%), you will get a further 0.25% discount on the 1.5% normal sales charge of the switch buy fund.

The Plus+ status rewards investors who have an insurance policy (excluding travel insurance) with FSMOne, with more discount on FSMOne's normal sales charge and portfolio subscription fee when they purchase unit trusts and managed portfolios. Investors with the Plus+ status will enjoy the discounts once their insurance policy is in force.
