Managed Portfolio is an all-in-one investment service that builds, monitors and balances your portfolio for you.

Due to the nature of the investments, the investments will be held under Maybank's custody. Therefore, we will need to register an account for you with Maybank Custody.

In the event the account registration is not successful for any reason, we will notify you to withdraw the investment with a provided timeline. Any losses incurred from the withdrawal will be borne by the investor.

The minimum initial investment for all the managed portfolio will be RM1000 and minimum subsequent top up will be RM500.

However, you can subscribe for managed portfolio as low as RM100 via Regular Saving Plan (RSP).

The deduction date of the Portfolio Management Fee is on the 25th of January, April, July and October for the respective quarters as shown in the table below.

Yes. You can subscribe to more than one managed portfolio in your holdings.

You can take a risk profiling questionnaire by login to your account and click on "Account Update >> My Risk Profile" to determine which portfolio is suitable for you.

Order placed before cut off time of 2pm will be processed on the same business day. Any order placed after 2pm or during non business day will process on the next business day.

The purchase order of managed portfolio will take T+3 business days to process and reflect in your holding upon completion.

Yes, full and partial redemption are allowed for your managed portfolio. However, please noted that the minimum redemption amount will be RM500 for partial redemption, provided that a minimum portfolio value of RM1,000 is maintained in the holdings.

You can subscribe managed portfolio via Cash Account, RHB Cash Management Fund 2, FPX Payment, Cheque, Giro Transfer or Bill Payment.

Yes, you can redeem your managed portfolio during rebalancing process.

However, please note that the redemption amount that you receive will be lesser than your portfolio value as the portfolio rebalancing yet to complete. After the rebalancing is completed, we will auto redeem the balance units to your cash account on the next business day.

You may redeem your managed portfolio into your registered Bank Account, Cash Account or RHB Cash Managed Fund 2.

The redemption proceeds will be credited to your selected redemption method on the settlement date of the redemption order.

The redemption period will depend on the respective funds in the portfolio. Generally, the redemption order will complete follow the longest redemption period within the funds.

For example, if Fund A in your managed portfolio has a redemption period of T+5 business days while Fund B has a redemption period of T+7 business days. In this case, the redemption will be completed and credit to your selected redemption method in T+7 business days

There will be no charges for conduction rebalancing to managed portfolio underlying funds. However, there will be ETFs fees incur for managed portfolio containing ETFs for rebalancing.

There are three charges for managed portfolio as below:

a) Managed Portfolio Subscription Fee
The managed portfolio subscription fees will apply to your initial purchase, subsequent top up and RSP subscription. You may click here to refer for respective managed portfolio subscription fee.

b) Portfolio Management Fee (0.5% p.a.)
The portfolio management fee will be will calculate daily based on your Portfolio AUM and deducted on a quarterly basis from your best performing fund underlying in your managed portfolio.

C) ETFs Fee (0.02% for US ETFs and 0.03% for HKEX ETFs)
Managed Portfolio that containing ETFs will incur processing fees and exchange-related fees for each transaction such as initial purchase, subsequent top up, RSP and redemption and rebalancing.

The Portfolio Management Fee is accrued daily and deducted on a quarterly basis.

Example of calculation as below:

a. Daily Portfolio AUM - value of your portfolio holding, based on its respective daily indicative price.

b. Average Daily Portfolio Management Fee - Annual Portfolio Management Fee/ Number of days in a year.

Example: Average Daily Portfolio Management Fee = 0.5%/365 days = 0.0013698630%

c. Portfolio Management Fee (quarter) = sum of Daily Portfolio AUM x Average Daily Portfolio Management Fee.

The Portfolio Management Fee will be deducted from the best performing fund underlying in your managed portfolio.

The "best performing fund" is the fund within the portfolio that has recorded the highest gains (in terms of profit or loss), calculated based on the latest available NAV on the deduction date of the Portfolio Management fee.

System will calculate the portfolio management fee on a prorated basis if you sell the entire portfolio prior to the scheduled deduction date. The fees will deduct from the Best Performing Fund upon redemption.

Yes, the FSMOne Rewards Program discount applies to Managed Portfolio Subscription Fee however excludes the Portfolio Management Fee. 

Investors who have an insurance policy (excluding travel insurance) with FSMOne will be under The Plus+ status rewards.

Investor with these rewards will entitle additional discount on FSMOne's normal sales charge and portfolio subscription fee when they purchase unit trusts and managed portfolios. The discount will be applied once their insurance policy is in force.
