How to link my FSMOne accounts to iFAST Global View?
To link your FSMOne account to iFAST Global View, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your FSMOne account. On the Holdings page, click the iFAST Global View button at the bottom right.
2. Select Continue to iFAST Global View website.
3. On the iFAST Global View website, click the Link My iFAST Account button on the left side of the page.
4. Click Link Now to proceed.
5. Select your iFAST platform country/region, enter your account details, and click Link Now. Then, select the account you wish to link.
6. Read the terms and conditions, then provide your consent by clicking Agree & Continue.
7. Click Authenticate Now. A notification will be sent to the mobile app of the selected country/region platform for account linkage authorization.
8. Open the relevant country/region mobile app and complete the authentication. Once the verification is successful, your accounts will be linked successfully.
What types of accounts can I link to iFAST Global View?

You can link the Personal and Beneficiary and Joint accounts held under the iFAST Group.
Note: The linkage is not available for corporate accounts.
How do I view my global account holdings?

You may view your global holdings by clicking on the “Holdings” tab which is located at the left corner on the main page.
Note: Only the holdings of the linked platform account will be shown under the holdings page
How do I view the consolidated statement of my iFAST accounts?

You may click on 'iFAST Global Consolidated Report' which located on the top right corner of the website, select specific date and currency to download your report. The past 12 months consolidated statements are available to be downloaded.
How do I update or unlink my account linkage?

You can click on your Full Name displayed at the top right corner of the website > click “Settings” to update or unlink your account linkage.
Will my account linkage expire if I haven't logged in for a while?

The linkage between your iFAST group investment accounts does not expire.
However, the linkage for iFAST Global Bank (iGB) accounts expires every 90 calendar days. To continue viewing your iGB account details, you will need to re-link your iGB account again.
How to edit my iFAST Global View control setting?

You can click on your Full Name at the top right corner of the website, go to Settings, tick or untick the box under Your View in Global Page, and click Save.
