FSMOne does not charge any handling fees for Corporate Actions. However, any fees incurred from Registrar Offices or related institutions will be passed on to the client
Corporate Action Charges:

| United States (NASDAQ,NYSE, BATS) | USD 50 + USD 100 Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian (DWAC fees if applicable to the event**) |
Notes:
**DWAC fee is charged by DTC (Depository Trust Company) for making electronic book entry deposits and withdrawals of securities and the charges of USD 50.00 + USD 100.00 Deposit / Withdrawal at Custodian are incurred and collected by registrar.
Generally, these fees are only applicable to Voluntary Corporate Action such as Rights Issue, General Offer, Spin-off and etc. Corporate action like dividend, split, merging will not entitle these fees.
