Weekly and Bi-weekly:

You can make changes to your RSP investments at any day of the month except on the deduction date, which is on the Wednesday of every (weekly) and alternative (bi-weekly) week or the next business day.

Monthly:

You can make changes to your RSP investments at any day of the month except on the deduction date, which is on 15th of every month or the next business day.

Instructions received before the deduction date will take effect immediately on the same month.

Instructions received after the deduction date will take effect on the next month.

To accommodate the deduction and transaction processes, request for change of amount or termination received between 8th to 18th of the month will only take effect on the following month.

For FPX e-Mandate, we will deduct MYR 1.00 from your bank account for amendments and termination request. However, the amount will be refunded to your bank account in 7 business days.

As for DDA application, no charges occur to you.
