Yes, we will have reminder notification sent to notify client.
For payment by RHB Cash Management Fund 2, FSMOne will send you a reminder email and push notification (apps) on the 5th of the month for monthly contribution. For weekly and bi-weekly contribution, the same reminder process (if any) will send to notify client on every Thursday and or alternative Thursday.
You are advised to top up your CMF 4 business days before the contribution day to ensure successful transaction.
For payment by Cash Account, we will notify you on the insufficient balance by push notification. Kindly ensure your cash account have sufficient balance at least 1 business day before the contribution date.
For FPX E-mandate and direct debit contracts, we are not able to send you reminder notification. You are advise to check your bank account balance 4 business days before 15th of every month to ensure there is sufficient balance for contribution.
In the event of unsuccessful RSP transaction, we will notify client by email and push notification.
