Kindly set your Internet Explorer to either one of the following configurations:

Configuration 1:

• Under Tools, select Internet Options;

• Select Advanced tab, under Security, ensure that Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 are all checked;

• Click Apply, and then click OK.

Configuration 2:

• Under Tools, select Internet Options;

• Select Advanced tab, under Security, ensure that Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 are all checked;

• Leave Use TLS 1.0 unchecked;

• Click Apply, and then click OK.

Configuration 3:

• Under Tools, select Internet Options;

• Select Advanced tab, under Security, ensure that Use SSL 3.0 is checked;

• Leave and Use SSL 2.0 and Use TLS 1.0 are unchecked;

• Click Apply, and then click OK.
