Why do I need to set up a Card PIN?

A Card PIN helps protect your Card against unauthorised use. It is used to verify your identity for chip-and-PIN transactions and provides an additional layer of security.

Note: Chip-and-PIN transaction is a payment method where you insert your Card into a payment terminal and enter your PIN to verify the transaction.
