The cancellation process depends on the type of Card you wish to cancel:
Card Type | How to Cancel | What Happens After Cancellation |
Digital Card | In the app, go to iFAST Pay → Cards → Digital Card → Settings → Cancel Card. | Your Digital Card will be cancelled and can no longer be used for transactions, including recurring payments. |
Physical Card | Contact our Client Services team to obtain and submit the iFAST Pay Card Cancellation Form. | Your Physical Card will be cancelled and can no longer be used for transactions, including recurring payments. |
Before cancelling your Card, make sure that:
There are no ongoing disputes.
All transactions have been fully settled.
Any remaining Card Account balance has been fully withdrawn.
