For non-actionable corporate action, you will not be notified via email, however, you may go to FSMOne website > Discover > Stocks > More > Company Announcements to view the relevant information.

Generally, there is 2 types of divided payout as below:

Cash Dividend
The cash dividend is paid out based on the default declared currency only. Optional currencies are not available on our platform. The cash proceeds will be credited into your respective currency cash account, after payment date or upon confirmation of receipt of payment (whichever is later)

Scrip dividends

The shares will be credited into your holdings and reflected in your account after the stipulated date. As such, you can only sell these shares after they have been credited into your account.

Fractional entitlements or shares are shares of equity that are less than one standard lot’s. Fractional shares usually arise from stock splits, rights issues or similar corporate actions. Certain corporate action events may result in fractional shares.
For such event, your share entitlement will be rounded down to the nearest 1 share. For example, entitlement of 10.98 units of share; CDS account will credit 10 units of share and 0.98 units will receive cash in lieu by credit back to your cash account.

Yes, you can appoint a proxy to attend the meeting.

No, the registration to attend the Shareholders’ Meetings (AGM / EGM) is subject to the availability, date of shares / holdings recorded in the register and etc.
Upon receiving your request to attend the Shareholders’ Meetings, FSMOne will submit your request to the company and you will receive an email on the outcome of the request

Currently, you are not able to view your registration details on FSMOne website, however, you may refer to the email sent to you for the outcome of request.

Yes, you can amend or cancel your registration before the registration deadline by calling in to FSMOne. However, the final outcome is not guaranteed.

Yes, you will receive notifications via email upon:
• Registration received by FSMOne

• Cancellation received by FSMOne

• Outcome for the request to attend the Shareholders’ Meetings

Please bring along the attendance confirmation sent to you via email and your NRIC or Passport (as per details given during registration) for verification on the day of the Shareholders’ meeting.

FSMOne will not be charging handling fee for Corporate Actions. However, should there be any administrative or service fee imposed by Registrar Offices or Corporate Action related Institution, the cost will be borne by client.

**DWAC fee is charged by DTC (Depository Trust Company) for making electronic book entry deposits and withdrawals of securities and the charges of USD 50.00 + USD 100.00 Deposit / Withdrawal at Custodian are incurred and collected by registrar.

Generally, these fees are only applicable to Voluntary Corporate Action such as Rights Issue, General Offer, Spin-off and etc. Corporate action like dividend, split, merging will not entitle these fees.

No, FSMOne does not provide voting service on behalf of all clients.

If you are an Entitled Shareholder:

• We will notify you via email of your entitlement once we received the subscription documents and entitlement information from CDP.

• You will need to register the subscription via  Stocks > Transaction > Corporate Action > Subscription.

• You will have to ensure that your cash account has sufficient balance for the subscription
