What are random endings?

Random endings are introduced by the stock exchange to help prevent opening and closing prices from being manipulated from the sudden submission or withdrawal of large orders.
Does the platform support dual-counter securities trading?

No, the platform currently does not support free switching of dual-counter securities trading services.
What are Dual Counter Securities and Dual Counter Market Making (“DCMM”) programme?

Dual Counter Securities refer to securities with HKD and RMB counters (“HKD-RMB Dual Counters”) designated by the Exchange in accordance with the Rules of the Exchange and are eligible for DCMM programme.

The list of Dual Counter Securities would be published by HKEX from time to time, and only securities (excluding Exchange Traded Products (“ETPs”) listed in both HKD and RMB counters in the Hong Kong securities market would be considered for designation. The Exchange may designate or remove any security as a Dual Counter Security in the list and the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) will be consulted for each such designation or removal.
Can I purchase securities listed in the dual-counter securities list?

Yes, you can trade securities listed in the dual-counter securities list. However, the company will not provide currency exchange services, and you must use the corresponding securities currency for settlement.

Does FSMOne offer dual currency products listed on SGX or Dual-Counter Securities listed on HKEX?

Yes, you can trade dual currency products listed on SGX and dual counter securities listed on HKEX on our platform. However, you can only sell the product in the currency you originally bought in.

Example: Dual Currency Stocks A (Primary currency SGD, Secondary currency USD). If you bought Stocks A in USD, you can only sell it in USD
