Yes, you can make a payment from a joint bank account.

However, we will only accept joint bank accounts where the relationship between the primary and secondary account holders is a Spouse, Parent, or Child. All other relationship types will not be permitted.

We accept payments made from joint bank accounts where the relationship between account holders is Spouse, Parent, or Children.

You will receive an email informing you that the payment has been rejected, along with a request for your joint bank account details to facilitate the refund.

Please submit the documents below in order for us to process your transaction. A copy of the FSMOne indemnity letter. 

• A copy of the joint bank account statement (dated within the last 3 months that showing both account holders' names)
• A copy of a supporting document to verify the relationship

No, FSMOne strictly do not accept 3rd party payments. All payments must be made from your own personal bank account.

You will receive an email informing you that the payment has been rejected, along with a request for your joint bank account details to facilitate the refund.

Upon receiving your reply with the payer’s bank account details on any business day before the transaction cut-off time of 3:00 PM, we will process the refund on the same day. Emails received after the transaction cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

FPX is a convenient and secure online payment solution that allows real-time debiting of your online banking account across multiple banks.

FPX is operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Paynet), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia.

It is simple, convenient, secure and no charges incur to you. There will be no payment slip required and we will automatically process the order (if any) upon receiving the payment from the bank.

You can transfer up to RM50,000.00 per transaction. However, kindly note that the maximum FPX limit still subject to the setting of the respective bank and the your daily FPX transfer limit with the bank.

The error happens when you clicked into the FPX payment and failed to complete the process (e.g. accidentally closing the pop-up window).

For a foreign currency denominated fund (e.g. USD), we can accept foreign currency payment via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Wise Transfer, FSMOne Cash Account or MYR payments via any one of the acceptable payment methods. Paying a different foreign currency (e.g. EUR) to a foreign currency denominated fund (e.g. USD) is not acceptable.

Foreign currency conversion rate (FX) will be based on Transaction Date (T) of your purchase order.

Please note that FSMOne has no control over foreign exchange rates.

You may cancel or void your unit trust order as long as we have not received your payments. All orders with payments received are irrevocable.

Your buy orders will only be transacted when payment is received. The cut-off time at FSMOne is 3.00p.m. All orders with payments received are irrevocable.

Kindly take note that for Good Value Fund, your buy orders will only be transacted once we have remitted your payment to the fund manager. The processing time will vary in accordance to the payment methods.
