If you are not receiving OTP for your account, we would suggest you the following methods to resolve your issue.
• Please rest assured your phone connection is in high coverage.
• Turn on and off the flight mode for 3 seconds.
• Please make sure phone inbox is not full.
• Please restart phone to refresh network.
Alternatively, you may check on the phone setting for “Spam number/Block number”. If you have filtered/ blocked the number (66688), you will need to unblock the number of 66688 in order to receive the OTP via SMS.
